6 Month Buying Plan project for Retail & Buying Stimulation Course. The purpose of this project was to create a 6-month buying plan while making a deep analysis of the company and an external examination of the market. 

 

We decided to base our product category for the buying plan on denim jeans

 

The quantity per each item is based on research of denim trends, meaning that the trendiest denim styles will have a higher percent in the planned buying budget

 

Our % change was negative because after analyzing the company's performance we found out that they were experiencing loss in their net sales. We decided to reduce the number of denim jeans sold for the next six months as a strategy to minimize loss for the next six month period.
